The Mastery Reps: The War Against the "LOSER" Mindset.
I Made a bit of a change in my message.
Still focused on Self-Mastery
Still putting out "The Mastery Reps"
Still trying to help others achieve their best selves
But now-
I am also focusing on getting rid of the "LOSER" mindset.
People who:
→ feel lost.
→ feel they're wasting their life.
→ feel they haven't accomplished anything.
→ feel like complete LOSERS.
It feels like a widespread epidemic in my generation.
People praising fitness influencers,
→ but hating the person they see in the mirror.
People praising self-improvement influencers,
→ but dealing with mental health issues.
People praising IG and TikTok influencers,
→ but hating their self-image.
Because you have to realize that your self-image stems from your mindset.
You can:
Have a job
Go to the gym
Eat a Keto diet
Meditate 20mins
and yet... still feel lost.
See-
There are so many different aspects as to WHY you carry the "LOSER" mindset.
I'll give you 2 right now.
1) Your habits work against you.
You may be trying to do things the "right" way.
But instead-
you end up feeling:
tired
lonely
stressed
depressed
Could be for several reasons. Few of these could be:
A - you have habits that are f*cking with your mind.
negative self-talk
reliance on drugs/alcohol
constant judgement of others
victimizing yourself in every problem
if you have any of these habits.
and you feel like sh*t-
then i've already figured out where we gotta attack first.
B - you are doing too much, too early.
we only have 24 hours in a day.
most of us are sleeping for 6 of those hours-
which already only leaves us with 18 hours.
so why are you trying to-
ice bath for 1 hour
journal for 2 hours
meditate for 3 hours
gym workout for 4 hours
nah bro.
It's too much sh*t going on.
manage your time better.
sure, these habits have their benefits-
but figure out how to implement them WITHOUT draining yourself.
too much of anything is bad-
and in this case, it's becoming overwhelming.
Figure out what best suits you and your needs.
All self-improvement habits are good, but you don't need to do all of them at once.
Sometimes all you need to start with is 2-4 habits.
If you're an athlete → an ice bath better suits you.
If you're a writer → journaling better suits you.
If you're an endurance runner → longer workouts better suits you.
These are just some examples in order for you to understand my point.
C - your "why?" is in the wrong place.
sometimes people end up prioritizing the wrong things.
i've seen people lose wonderful relationships in order to prioritize their "aesthetics".
and guess what?
They used their "aesthetics" in order to sleep with more women.
and then you wonder why you feel so empty.
The problem is that too many people have good things going for them-
and yet they don't appreciate what they have.
Great jobs
Great looks
Great relationships
Great jobs, but since it's "not enough money" → they turn to scamming.
Great looks, but not like the IG model they saw → they turn into steroids.
Great relationships, but since they "need more" → they leave to sleep around.
Your brain knows right from wrong. And your brain knows that not every desire is right.
When you do bullsh*t, your mind automatically FEELS like sh*t.
This is why YOUR "why?" has to be in the right place. If it comes from a position of
lust
hate
greed
then your mind is going to hate itself.
2) Delivery and the Delivery-Man
The problem isn't always the actions.
A lot of the times it's how the message is said, along with the messenger.
You'll hear a positive message, yet not see positive actions.
You'll hear humility and compassion, yet see ego and narcissism.
You start to think to yourself
"maybe I'm not good enough"
"if I become like *insert influencer* I'll get girls too"
"I'm a loser if I can't live in Dubai"
This sort of thinking leads you down a negative spiral
That no matter how many different results you gain,
you continue to feel EMPTY.
Win, lose, or draw-
you continue HATING the person you see in the mirror.
And then?
You start to feel lost.
You begin calling yourself a loser.
It starts to feel like everything around you is out of your control, and doomed to fail.
THIS is what I am going to help YOU Avoid.
If you feel:
Lost
Stuck
Lonely
Useless
Depressed
You aren't alone.
There is a rampant epidemic going on in our generation.
I am here to do my best to change that, and help as many people as I can to:
lose their self-loathing
fix their "loser" mindsets
and rewire their lives for the better.
Stay tuned.
